Mrs. Meenakshi Sivaramakrishnan

Mrs. Meenakshi Sivaramakrishnan our mentor, had a deep commitment to the Montessori philosophy, she has played a significant role in promoting and implementing Montessori education across India.

Educational Leadership: Mrs. Sivaramakrishnan has been instrumental in establishing Montessori training centers and schools throughout India. Her efforts have significantly contributed to the spread and acceptance of Montessori education

Advocacy and Training: As an educator and trainer, she has dedicated herself to training teachers in the Montessori method, ensuring that they uphold the principles and practices laid down by Dr. Maria Montessori.

Ravi Kunder & Rekha Kunder

Mrs. Rekha Kunder
The journey of Dew Drops Academy began with the vision and passion of Mrs. Rekha Kunder. Her dream of starting a school was sparked by an unexpected encounter. Rekha once helped an elderly person who, in gratitude, remarked that she would make an excellent educator. This simple comment ignited a deep desire in Rekha to pursue education, leading her to Bangalore to fulfill her dream.

During her search for the right educational philosophy, Rekha met Mrs. Meenakshi Sivaramakrishnan, a respected figure in the Montessori community. Inspired by Mrs. Sivaramakrishnan and the Montessori Method, Rekha began her training and dedicated herself to bringing this holistic approach to education to life at Dew Drops Academy. Her unwavering commitment to fostering an environment where children can grow, explore, and learn at their own pace has been the cornerstone of our institution.

Mr. Ravi Kunder

Behind the scenes, Mr. Ravi Kunder played a crucial role in the establishment and growth of Dew Drops Academy. With a background in homeopathy and natural medicines, Ravi's interest in maintaining a child's natural development drew him to the Montessori Method. He admired how this educational approach respects and nurtures a child's innate curiosity and individuality.

Ravi joined Rekha full-time in their shared mission, bringing his skills and dedication to support the operational aspects of the school. His efforts ensured that Dew Drops Academy was set up with a strong foundation, allowing it to thrive and grow. Together, Rekha and Ravi have created a nurturing and dynamic environment that stays true to the principles of Montessori education.

Their shared vision and dedication continue to guide Dew Drops Academy, making it a place where children can discover their natural potential and develop a lifelong love of learning.

At Dew Drops Academy, our team of adults comprises dedicated professionals from diverse fields, including education, engineering, medicine, and more, all unified by a shared commitment to the Montessori philosophy. Their expertise brings a wealth of knowledge and unique perspectives, enriching the Montessori experience for each child.
